Several hundreds of depositors and borrowers of financial institutions, particularly, those who have credits in foreign currency, gathered near the Committee's building. The Committee's Chairperson Serhii Rybalka invited the initiative group for a meeting.
Serhii Rybalka claimed the Committee will cooperate with the "Financial Maidan" representatives and will consider all of their legislative proposals.
S.Rybalka is sure that the bill of MP R.Kniazevych, which was adopted by the former Parliament in the first reading, will not be upheld at the Committee's meeting.
Participants of the meeting agreed to discuss the issues raised by the protesters at the nearest Committee's meeting and to grant a hearing to leadership of the National Bank of Ukraine.
After discussing requirements of the protesters, it was agreed to form a working group which will include several representatives from depositors and borrowers.
